RT Studio is a design studio.

We begin by looking. Before we draw a line, we try to understand what is already there. A place, a craft, a habit, the people on the other side and what would make them choose.

We believe design is a way of thinking before it is a way of making. That the useful comes before the beautiful, and that beauty is what remains when nothing is in the way. That a brand, a package or an interface should never promise more than it is. That what we make should still make sense in ten years.

We work with fewer elements and more coherence. We design systems, not single gestures. The same people who set the direction draw the identity and write the code, so nothing is lost along the way. We are small by choice.

We are curious. We care about where people are going, and where technology is going. For us, technology is not the starting point. It is how thinking takes shape. We use it when it makes life better, and the world a little clearer.

As little design as possible.
As much thought as it takes.
